Surprise is here!!!

Haroooooo rooo roo to all pups and kats! Finally, I can tell woo all the secret that Koova and I have kept this whole week! It hasn't been easy...secrets aren't my thing. But Mommy wanted to surprise everyone!

So, without delay............Here is the surprise

Meet mine and Koova's first born, Jedi Painter!!!

He was my first born and the only one born in our house. In mommy's closet actually. He was adopted out when he was 8 weeks old, as were my other children. He is the FIRST of SEVEN..the only puppies Koova and I have had! He is BIG....WHITE...and his name is from Star Wars...JEDI!! The only good thing is that we named him and they kept the name. Mommy and hooman brother were going to keep him but then decided to keep Oreo instead...which now Oreo/Maska has a new home. It's hard on mommy having 6 furries!!! But she said that when it came to MY puppies, it didn't matter. Mommy loves them very much!
It's a long and bothersome story about the family that bought Jedi...you just never know about people. They took him home last MAY 2008 and then by September of 08 were wanting to "sell" him back to mommy. Of course mommy said yes! Problem was we sold him for $150...and the lady was set on $250! But mommy was going to do it anyway. Then the lady got mad and posted something really nasty on mommy's blog. (if you look all the way back to the beginning in September 2008 you will see). So mommy apologized to her--just wanting to keep the lines of communication open. Then in November AND December, the lady started in again...then changed her mind.
Finally, this past weekend, the lady agreed AGAIN to "sell" Jedi back to us for $250. So the lady not only had Jedi for 9 months, but she made a proffit! Mommy didn't say any bad words...but I know she wanted to!!
The lady told Mommy that she knew mommy loved Jedi more, even now. And that she just never "bonded" to him. How can woo not bond to that handsome fella??? But Jedi is HOME now and mommy is very happy!
Mommy says she wants to keep him...as long as hooman brother helps out. Right now Jedi is a bit scared and confussed. His coat needs some work cause it hasn't been brushed very good. And he needs a bath. AND HE BIT MOMMY! But she said it was only because he was scared. Jedi is very vocal! Right now, he's slowly getting reacquainted with ME, his real mommy. Koova isn't too keen on his son just yet. But doesn't he look just like his daddy!!!
That's all for now. My paws are tired from typing so much!! Woo Woo Woo!!!!!!!

Welcome home Jedi! Hope you settle in well with the rest of your pack. Mean lady should be arrested for holding you ransom! That is terrible that you got caught up in that but you are lucky to be home and Karma will get that lady before long...

Welcome home Jedi - home where you will be loved and cared for by the best caretakers you could possibly have. Unfortunately, there are people in the world that should never have pets or children. They obviously did not pass the puppy test ~ if you cannot raise a puppy then you should never be allowed to have children. Period!
Have a great weekend getting through the hurdles of a new dog in the brood. We send you our best!

(Too bad it wasn't a baby chick. We thought that would be pretty cool!)

Wooos to your Mommy for doing the right thing, and bringing Jedi home. I am sure it will take a lot of time and effort on all of your parts to get him rehabilitated, I know we are still working on Scampi and we have had him almost a year already! Puppy Kisses to all

Good grief, Mya Boo Boo, what a story! What an awful lady! Poor Jedi to be stuck with her for so long, and your poor mama for having to deal with her! But now you can all take good care of him - he's beautiful!

Your pal,
Joey

So glad you got your first son back even under such a horrible exchange. I would have charged the lady a return fee! Next time make sure payments are nonrefundable but would be willing to take them back. =) So happy for you and Koova
