Painter Pack mom again! I just wanted to say thank you for all the prayers and crossed paws! And sibe vibes! As of right now, the knot on Jack's back/side is less than 1/2 of what it was yesterday! Of course we will still take him to the vet, but I think this is a good sign. I told Jack that it was probably a fatty tumor....
Jack: You saying I'm fat?
Mom: No...not fat. Just some fat cells stored up in that one spot.
Jack: So, I'm not fat?
Mom: Well, you could exercise more. It would make you healthier.
Jack: Back at ya, mom.
Mom: You saing I'm fat?
Jack: Didn't we just go over this? Pass me some ice cream, would ya.
I think you get the idea.

Oh what great news!! I so hope that it goes away and is nothing serious. Mom is always pokin' and proddin' me to make sure I'm not lumpy. Usually she finds alot of thorns that I pick up out in the woods and an occassional tick. I guess it's good to be poked and prodded in case of things that invade our furry bodies. It usually ends up with a good ear or butt scratch too which makes it all worthwhile.
