Meet Miss Bella!

Here she is!  This is Bella, our foster girl!  She arrived on Sunday from a high kill shelter in Georgia.  She was just hours away from being killed.  Thanks to MUSH rescue, Bella now has a second chance at a wonderful life!

I have been told that Bella is 4 years old.  However, I swear she doesn't look that old.  She is very thin and cautious.  But you can tell she's got a ton of love left to give.

Bella reminds us a lot of Koova.  Of course, the coloring.  But my son says she stares at him the same way that Koova did.  And for whatever reason, she has latched onto my son.  They have been almost inseparable.  The couple from MUSH that brought Bella to us said that she was initially afraid of the male.  He was surprised that she didn't seem to mind my son.

In the next day or so, Bella will get a proper bath and a visit to the Vet.  She seems totally healthy, but we'll be getting her shots and testing for HW.  Praying that the HW is negative!  She's been on the streets for a long while, so who knows.
All I know right now is that she is safe with us, loved, and asleep in my son's bed!

The not so good news is that MBB does not seem to care for her.  But....we're taking it slow.  So, maybe Mya will warm up to her...On the other hand, Jedi is in love!  Hahahaha!  Tbone is overly excited (as usual) and Jack just doesn't care!  We're saving CoCo for another time.......

Oh, and I find it funny that her name is Bella and my son's middle name is Edward.  I told him that Bella has found her Edward!  He is not too much into Twilight.  But it was still funny.

The Bella and Edward reference made me giggle... even though I admit sometimes I get annoyed because I named my Bella years before Twilight made it trendy! hehe.

Bella is stunning, and her eyes are so expressive! Lovely, lovely girl! Paws crossed she finds a wonderful, loving forever home. And thanks to MUSH for saving her, and to you and your family for fostering her. Hope Mya is able to adjust.

It is very sweet that she has attached herself to your son, and the Twilight connection of "Bella" and "Edward" is very funny!
