Bella's first Gotcha Day!

 Happy Gotcha Day to our girl, Izzy Bella!

 Here is a picture of her taken on March 13th, 2011.  She had just come into our lives as a foster.  

 Bella was a bit on the skinny side, having lived on the streets for a while.  She was picked up by Gwinnette County Animal Control, just outside of Atlanta, Ga.  Our girl was very close to being put down.  But thanks to MUSH Rescue, she found us!  


From the beginning, Bella was in love with her boy...my son, Nick.  And the feeling was mutual.  Less than 2 weeks after her arrival, we adopted her.  


Now, Bella has a forever spot in our hearts.  She is 6 years old, but acts more like a pup!  Always happy and smiling!  Loves to play with Reesie or Jedi.  However, Bella is still working on her "cat" skills....I don't think she would intentionally hurt them, but she would love to pick them up and toss them around like a stuffie....


Of course, MBB has her issues with Bella.  It is still a work in progress!

So here's to Bella!  Our red headed step child!!  You have brought so much happiness into our lives and we are thankful each day for your slobbery kisses and tuffs of fur!
